“Drestiny,” an organization formed for this purpose, will hold a Pre-Teen and Young Teen Dress Exchange on Saturday, September 27, from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., at The National 4-H Youth Conference Center in Chevy Chase, Md. The idea is simple, exchange a clean, high quality, special occasion dress for another clean, high quality dress. Dresses eligible for exchange were likely worn to a bar/bat mitzvah, cotillion, promotion, wedding, or other special event.
